Is there a mod or cheat or something that would make my do also the quests for dawnguard? (Im not a vampire anymore but they still attack my) Simply, put: No. You have to start the quest over with either another character, or have made a save before choosing a side, so that you could reload that save to try the other side of the quest. I actually liked that Beth did this because there aren't many, if any, quests that allow you to actually 'make' a decision.
