DarkFaeGaming
Hey all. Just want to know if anyone's made a (preferably YouTube, but will take anything) guide or anything, or even just has some pointers or general advice for making a prefab structure using pre-existing structure pieces, like the wooden floors and everything. I literally just want to cut down on the time I always spend putting together the same structure whenever I start a new game XD Also, is it possible to include furniture when making a prefab and still have it functional - ie beds and crafting stations? Thanks in advance
Zorkaz
I made a tutorial about static collections. Read the comment section too for useful hints.Basically you can use invidiual static pieces in the editor to create new objects. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/37329
niston
You can't include non-static objects into a SCOL.But: You can put placement nodes into your SCOL w/ nifskope and have a script spawn in almost any object you want, exactly where you want, by using PlaceAtNode().ProTip: Don't spawn in powered objects. And if you do, never ever .Delete() them.
