Vortex gives me an error every start-up?

Every time I start up Vortex, it gives me this error box:

It also notifies me that an extension will be updated every time as well, and when I check the extensions, it prompts me to restart to save changes that I have not made.

Don't know what it means, and it's annoying having to deal with it every time.

This is just a network timeout, not anything to worry about. I suspect you're not able to connect to GitHub for some reason.

Oh, cool. Any way I can fix it somehow? My only firewall is Windows Security.
