Seems to only be an issue on "large" files; small files I usually get at least 1 MB or at least close enough. Never close to the 2MB for free members but that is okay. I disabled all adblocks/blockers for this site as well. Large files on the other hand I seem to get less than a KB download let alone anywhere close to 1-2 MB. The large file example I used above has 45 days remaining at less than 1 KB/s. I have tried direct on the website, vortex, and wabbajack for downloads all have the same result of very bad speeds on large files.
Pickysaurus
If none of the free servers even start, then it's likely an ISP problem. I would recommend trying a VPN.
sevaul
VPN does the trick; soon as VPN is enabled download speeds jump to the normal 1MB~ Anyone know if I can bug my ISP about this... not that I don't mind throwing a free vpn on to download mods here and there but kinda silly I need to do that. Anyone have experience dealing with an ISP for this type of issue? (Thank you for the advice btw! Even if its a jank work around, it works lol)
HeyYou
Basically, all you need to do is call them, let them know about the problem, and they should go lookin' for it. At least, if it is a *good* ISP...... (I used to be tech services manager at an ISP.... problems like this got our attention.)
