Seems to only be an issue on "large" files; small files I usually get at least 1 MB or at least close enough. Never close to the 2MB for free members but that is okay. I disabled all adblocks/blockers for this site as well.

Large files on the other hand I seem to get less than a KB download let alone anywhere close to 1-2 MB. The large file example I used above has 45 days remaining at less than 1 KB/s.

I have tried direct on the website, vortex, and wabbajack for downloads all have the same result of very bad speeds on large files.

VPN does the trick; soon as VPN is enabled download speeds jump to the normal 1MB~

Anyone know if I can bug my ISP about this... not that I don't mind throwing a free vpn on to download mods here and there but kinda silly I need to do that. Anyone have experience dealing with an ISP for this type of issue?
