Can't Get certain Downloaded Resource Mods to open in Winrar

Hi, First of all THANKYOU for a great site that hosts many wonderful Mods.

 

Sorry if this has already been asked, answered, or anything else that makes me look stupid.

 

I've downloaded files from Nexus Mods, virtually all open fine for installing but certain ones won't even open in WinRar.

I keep getting 'File is Damaged or Broken" message. No matter how many times I've re-downloaded said files.

They are from Nexus Resources section.

 

Could anyone direct me to where I can sort this out?

 

As an update, these are the resource files that are causing me trouble:

<I think these all come from one source and that may be a problem due to uploading - however if that is so how come Nexus still allows it to be listed? Can't believe they would so it must be something else>

Just downloaded Areishia Academy and it opened fine in Bandizip and 7zip, tried Test on the archive in both programs and neither reported an error.
