Witcher 3 Menu settings after deployment

Hi everyone,

 

I am using Vortex for my Witcher 3 mods. I don't know why and can't seem to find the answer anywhere : if I install certains mods, go in the game and changed the setting in my Menu, can be for the mods or the graphics or the gameplay, etc. it doesn't matter, everything is fine. If I close the game and come back, all my settings stay the same.

 

BUT as soon as I install a new mod or remove one, hit "deployment" and "elevate", all my settings go back to their original position and I have to go throw all the menus one by one to put back my settings. Can someone explain it to me please and how to save my settings so I don't have to do this everytime?
