Game Freezes Whenever Loading Into a Different Cell

I recently posted about my game crashing too much (seen here) and I seem to have fixed that issue with the help of another user. However, I seem to have stumbled upon a new issue where whenever I load a save, and try to change cells, the game freezes on the loading screen. I thought maybe my saves were jacked up from the previous mods I removed to fix the crashing, so I decided to start a new save. But that had the same issue! so clearly it must not be my save files that are causing this. Does anyone know what to do? I suspect it may be Stewie Tweaks, as some of the settings I changed recently were causing things like all in-game sound disappearing when enabling any tweaks that had to do with the game's sound. I also have my mod list with load order here, I am using MO2. https://pastebin.com/tSWqhakr

There is a very simple solution. Just read the mod description pages. If you had done so, you would know that you cannot use New Vegas Stutter Remover (NVSR) with New Vegas Tick Fix (NVTF) as is stated on the NVTF mod page.

"C:\> IT IS NECESSARY TO REMOVE NVSR IF YOU USE THIS MOD, OTHERWISE THEY WILL CLASH."

New Vegas Stutter Remover worked great on Windows 7 and 8. So if you are looking at older lists of recommended mods or find old information, you will often see it recommended. NVSR tends to crash the game on Windows 10 though. The general recommendation these days is to replace NVSR with NVTF.

There is no reason to try to run them together, and in fact you shouldn't use NVSR at all on Windows 10.

Thank you! This seems to have fixed it!
