tiger1975
:ranting: I have Morrowind for both PC and Xbox. My PC version keeps crashing out and I love the game so I actually went out and bought an XBox just to play this game and there are no Dark brotherhood assassins comming after me in the beginning of the XBox version... Anyone know if there is a trick to getting them or anything or is this just one of I'm sure many XBox GOTY differences? I could really use the cash and armor. I have gone thru these threads and I havent seen anything about this topic. the Dark brotherhood armor is light armor and sweet IMO. PLEASE HELP! I'm stumped on this one.... :bye:
NinjaSalad
I played xbox goty and eventually during sleep I was interupted by them, I think it did take a while for them to come, mabey you need to do a certin amout of the main quest ???? Switch
Just keep sleeping... they'll come eventually. If you're a lower level they'll come very infrequently, I know when I first played Tribunal I thought something was wrong with it because I never got attacked. But after sleeping say, 15 times for short periods I soon got one. :P
Slaiv
I believe that the XBOX GOTY edition only contains parts of Tribunal and Bloodmoon - not both expansions in their entirety. That would explain for the differences, but, like has been mentioned, they'll come eventually so just keep playing [as if you can stop. :P ]
tiger1975
The main site for Morrowind says the only difference between the games are you cant put custom map points on your map and also cant organize your journal. Game content itself is the same, or so the website says. Maybe the key is the short sleeping times and trying that repeatedly. Anyways, I'll let you all know what happens. Gonna try it now. BTW Kotor ROCKS! Anyone know the release date for Kotor 2? (Knights of the old republic) Thanks all :D
Gabbemaster
I love that game! Iv'e completed it 3 times, one good man, one good girl, and one evil girl. But I can't play it more... It's so boring after 3 times...
Lady_Fratzke
in the XBOX version I think that you have to be at least a level 6 to get attacked... I might be wrong, but I think that is right.

Guest
It varies. Sleep at one of the Guilds in Balmora when you hit level 3, and chances are you'll get attacked very soon. I have been attacked sleeping in the Fighters' Guild, the Mages' Guild, and also at Crassius' house.
Cete
You're most likely to be visited by the assasian at level 6.
