How do I completely uninstall Underground Bathhouse and start over?

For some reason, when I uninstall underground bathhouse, It doesn't disappear from the game. and in vortex, all the plugins associated with it are all still loaded.

 

How do I get rid of all of it so I can completely start over?

Did you disable/uninstall it in Vortex?

 

It's possible you installed it manually, which means Vortex doesn't control the files.
