EDIT: Found a weird workaround. If I exit Vortex and restart it, the changes are saved and there is no error message.

 

Hi, I am currently using 1.5.3 version of Vortex. I am trying to change sorting rules, but when I make changes in the mods tab, they don't appear to change in the plugins tab. Specifically, I'm trying to load Embers XD after NAT-ENB. When I attempt to create an individual rule by dragging a link between the two mods in the plugins tab, I get an error message below:

For more details, I have Vortex installed in a Collections folder which contains Downloads folder, ENB Manager folder, Stock Game folder, Vortex folder, and Vortex Mods folder. My goal with the Stock Game folder is to keep keep my Steam game folder clean. It contains exactly everything from the Steam folder except gpu.txt. Other than ENB dll and ini files as well as the data directory (where mods are installed by Vortex), nothing else is changed in the Stock Game folder from the Steam folder.
