Pickysaurus Posted February 25, 2022 Share Posted February 25, 2022 1. There's a tab inside the UI called "Knowledge Base", that's where you'll find the documentation. 2. That's a feature for Fallout 4 and Skyrim SE that only needs to be used if you know what it does. It will save you a load order slot, but it should never be toggled on a save in progress.
