Integrater Posted September 16, 2013 Posted September 16, 2013 Hi, what am I supposed to do when Bash colours a mod red and says that one or more masters are missing when if fact it isn't? The master is right there in the load order checked. Any ideas?
Integrater Posted September 16, 2013 Author Posted September 16, 2013 (edited) You mean download the latest version of the mod? These files were all working perfectly well together yesterday, this is happening out of the blue... Edit: I'm getting instant CTD's so this must be a serious problem. Please someone tell me what "update the masters" means exactly. Edited September 16, 2013 by Integrater
Lanceor Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 Have you sorted your load order? If it's not a load order issue then.... If you've inadvertantly deleted or renamed something that was a master, you'll have to put it back. If you've been editing mods with the CS or TES4Edit and accidentally added a master which is no longer there, you'll have to manually undo those changes.
Integrater Posted September 17, 2013 Author Posted September 17, 2013 I've solved my master problems, I just need to figure out how to merge mods now.
Germandeathkittiez Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 (edited) I have this problem with Item Interchange - Extraction.esp and Item Interchange - Placement.esp. For both of them it says "One or more masters are missing. File is ghosted." They are both merged. In the COBL readme it says this is supposed to happen with COBL filter late MERGE ONLY.esp, but it's happening with these ones too, so I'm wondering if that's supposed to happen or not.
