Pickysaurus Posted March 9, 2022 Share Posted March 9, 2022 If the download isn't starting there are 2 common causes:You are clicking the "Vortex" or "Mod Manager Download" buttons without Vortex installed and configured to handle downloads.You have browser addons or privacy settings breaking the page, see this help article: https://help.nexusmods.com/article/113-troubleshooting-website-issues If the download speed is less than expected, please see this topic: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/5322760-reporting-download-problems/ I'm afraid simply pasting a trace log isn't particularly helpful in allowing me to understand what is actually going wrong for you. linyuanchun Posted March 9, 2022 Author Share Posted March 9, 2022 (edited) Whether I choose to use the mod manager to download, change browsers, turn off all plugins, turn off ESET protection, use mobile networks, or change accounts, it doesn't work. Pickysaurus Posted March 9, 2022 Share Posted March 9, 2022 If it works on your phone browser when using the same WiFi the problem is likely to be on the PC. If it works on the phone browser only via the cellular network then the problem may be with your PC/Router/ISP. I can be sure that the settings of my browser are allowed, and my WIN11 system is protected by ESET INTERNET SECURITY, however, I turned off all its protections and added whitelists to no avail.
