Unbuildable Zone before annexed subdividions in Annex the Commonwealth

I installed Build High Settlements 5.0 ( https://www.nexusmod...lout4/mods/3528 ) and it quit working after reinstalling to modify some settings. I found and installed Annex the Commonwealth ( https://www.nexusmod...out4/mods/32170 ) but even though the Build High is uninstalled, it has permanently set the borders (as non-buildable) at the expanded point. This has resulted in a no-man's land between the annexed subdivision and the actual vanilla borders. Is there a way I can force reset the borders fully to their vanilla location so the no-man's lands vanish and subdivisions start at the proper original borders without gaps?

I'd like to avoid starting a new game if I can. I've put a LOT of time into building settlements and have progressed in the plot a good amount already as well. My hope is that there would be a mod that can fix the issue or that someone could make a mod to do it. After the problem I did some digging and found that Build High is known to be ... temperamental if uninstalled so the issue should be repeatable.

Beyond that, I've seen someone fix a loosely related settlement issue through console commands, so I was wondering if anyone had enough knowledge on how to reset borders that way.

Heyas Tarvin. Ok, so I am afraid that I'm not familiar with either of those two mods. But check to see if they have an uninstall process. Not all mods you can simply remove, or set as inactive. If so, you will have to reinstall that mod, then go to a save BEFORE you uninstalled the mod, and then go through the proper process.

IF the culprit mod doesn't have one, you may be stuck in a situation where the settlement's new settings are not refreshing. Respawn, we call it. Mucking around with settlement's settings can cause some really bad effects to the settlement's workshop, if the mods aren't done correctly.

You may have install, run a save prior to the uninstall, and then uninstall it. And THEN start up a save game from BEFORE YOU LOCATED THE SETTLEMENT. This way, that save has NO record of the settlement's settings. UNLESS you have been stricken with savegame bleed over. Which this game is notorious for.

If that doesn't work, yeah. I'm afraid that's permanent for that character. :(
