Have you created a lod file in Data\lodsettings (eg mymod.lod) and is the mod in your skyrim load order?

yeah i did that and mod is active

If you upload your esp somewhere I can get at it; I will try to LoD it. Then we can find out whether it is the mod itself or just TesLodGen playing up.
