LE Player Home Mod Request

Basically I would love it if someone could make a cave behind the waterfall near Riverwood. Ya know, the one that's by the bridge on your way to Whiterun? The bridge that, that girl points you to for the Golden Claw quest. Anyhow, as you cross the river you see this waterfall and I have always loved secret passageways behind waterfalls in books and movies, for example. Thus, I really want a player home back there. It would just be a small cave and the threshold of the entrance would have a tiny bit of water, obviously, since it's behind a waterfall!! Or the cave could be slightly larger and there can be a small pool with mushrooms and plants around it.

 

Then there's a nice wooden or stone bridge to get across the pond. In the cave there is a simple bed and a shrine perhaps to Talos since it's a secret home in a cave. There is a small but sufficient amount of storage since I hate vast overwhelming player homes. I prefer the small and quaint ones. There will also be all the crafting amnesties though this could be in a separate chamber through a small tunnel where is the smithing section with anvil (or forge), sharpening wheel, armor bench, etc. There is another similar chamber but for enchanting and alchemy with a writing bench and chair and some book shelves with safe storage.

 

There is a secret passageway in the main room somewhere behind some bushes maybe, you know the one where you pull a chain and a rock wall gets pulled up. In here you have a boss chest a few weapon racks and cool decorations making it look like a thieve's den or something but not too evil. There are also weapon racks and weapon plaques and one or two small display cases. That's basically it but it would be an awesome home methinks. Also, there could be a small trapdoor at the ceiling of the cave with a ladder going up to it. You climb through the ladder into 'Skyrim' and you get to the top of the waterfall where there is a small cliff but on the cliff is like a small platform with a railing and awning and stuff.

 

On the platform is a simple chair and table and some wine and bread and stuff so you can sit out and enjoy the view. There's a torch too maybe or something. Just be careful not to fall off the waterfall! Anyhow that's about it. This is just a simple player home but some finishing touches would be epic cause this is just a rough draft and I am bad at creativity and details. So while this is the main idea I don't mind whoever makes this to decorate it how he/she likes though I'd prefer it to be themed for a ranger/archer/hunter/thief or an adventurer-type or an assassin-type though the first one would be best.

 

However I see this fitting all types even mages and alchemists and whatnot. Everyone loves secrets! What would be the most epic thing is if there could be a small quest to get the key to this home but not too complicated or tough since it's mainly for beginner houses, though how you start the quest I have no idea. Well that's about it and I'd be thrilled if someone could make this for me!! Many thanks in advance!! :)

Nice idea! - for the time being, you know "Rayeks End"? pretty close to your description, almost same location and nicely done (slightly different style though, bit too upperclass, LOL)

Hiya! Thanks for the reply but I found that mod and it was not to my tastes since it was too dark and evil. I know that sound silly but I prefer a lighter theme even if it is geared towards an assassin. Guess I can only wait and see. Fingers crossed!! :)

I have the same problem. Sometimes I'll find a really good house or castle or such, but it'll be too dark for my tastes (which is really saying something).

Thank you ever so much!!! That would be fantastic and I'd be happy to wait!! In fact, I don't mind if you make it all in the same cave as I had a different idea where there is a type of cliff that surrounds the inside of the cave and all the crafting amnesties (e.g. smithing, alchemy, enchanting, etc.) is on that ledge which can be got to by either ladder or stairs. This would give it a more "cave-like" feel rather than an underground home. I would still like the secret chamber with the boss chest and some goodies and the Shrine of Talos should be in the secret chamber since that makes more sense. I would also like the lookout post thingy to be as I suggested if possible.

P.S. Hope I don't sound too rude or demanding!! :) Also could you make it geared towards an adventurer/ranger type of character as opposed to a dark/evil/assassin type? That would be awesome! And tons of mushrooms and cave plants would be epic if they are around the pond. Maybe there can be an underwater chest in the pond that has random loot but is not safe for storage. If so, there should be a warning too. Also, there could be a cooking pot on the watch tower thingy. That would be epic!! :)
