Collections Installer Not Working

Looking for help or suggestions.

I'm having issues with Collection installs where they seem to be getting stuck. Either the message say "Checking Dependencies" and makes no progress or as per the screenshot it shows a download bar which doesn't progress. Manually clicking the install button either installs the mod, attempts then fails to install the mod saying network issues or does nothing.

For context, I had a previous version of the Path of The Prophet collection for Enderal SE installed, which I deleted so I could cleanly install the new one.

Since encountering the issue I have deleted and reinstalled Vortex and tried rolling back to a previous version, deleted and reinstalled the game and tried a different version of the some Mod Collection as well as a mod collection on another game which gave similar results. I've also tried disabling my firewall and creating a firewall rule to rule out LAN issues.

Whoops, here's the screenshot. Hope this works.

This is the other thing it does, when it's not stuck on a download progress bar it seems to get stuck in this Checking Dependencies stage. I'm fairly sure this isn't a network thing because downloading individual mods works.

above, you stated that you performed many unnecessary, and potentially vortex-breaking actions, including going back to a prior version. i asked why, and you ignored that.

so, i'll ask a different, but related question;

when you went on a self-sabotage mission, what version of vortex were you running, then what version of vortex did you fall back to, and what version of vortex are you running currently?

I rolled back one version to 15.9. Didn't work so I went back up to the current 15.10.
