Highwayman300
Getting crashes for almost everything, for running around, speaking with merchants after fast traveling. Fast traveling, saving after fast traveling, during combat, after combat, after looting, while standing around. The game just crashes so frequently that is nearly unplayable. It is running at a steady 80fps and still will crash all of a sudden for no reason.Have tried checking for incompatibilities and there doesn't seem to be conflicts. Anyone can help with this? what are the common reasons for suffering these kind of crashes?Running YUP, Stutter remover, FNV4GB, low res textures, still crashing. bjornl
use FNVedit to check for load errors, make a merge patch (compatibility patch) with FNVEditdisable stutter remover. (causes problems for some)compress your textures slightly with optimizer textures.Check your load order manually for things like redundent mods such as a mod for 'all dlc' and the same one for 'no dlc'.Try disabling portions of your load order to see what portion is causing the issue.de-frag your disk, clean your PC (temp folders, patch everything, virus scan, etc). Highwayman300
Tried all that with no results save disabling stutter remover, going to test it without using it and see if it works.
bjornl
Based on your reply you also not have tried disabling portions of your load order. Both the game files and mod files can go corrupt and so should be tested if you are having problems.Steam can check your game files for you, forgot to mention that.
