Vortex don't open Browser anymore

Hello Guys,

 

since I use seperate Profiles for my Games, Vortex won't open my Browser. Maybe to update an outdated mod or right clicking a mod and "visit on nexus mods"

 

I reinstalled Vortex, i turned of seperate Profiles but nothing works.

I hope anyone can help me with my problem.

Are you sure you don't already have the tab open or it's opening in a different browser window?

i'm sure i have no tab open. i tried to change my standart browser but nothing happen if i click on mod update or "click here to open on nexusmods"

 

it's just cumbersome to manually search out the mods on nexusmods that have an update

check your browser is set to allow vortex to open links on nexusmods.

Vortex just sends a message to your system which says "Open this in your default browser", it's as simply as that. Nothing in Vortex can break that (AFAIK) so it'll be a problem in the OS or browser if it doesn't work.

for information i use opera gx. a while ago it still worked with opera.

 

i tried to set up chrome as standart browser. don't work. in settings i found "fix chrome" after i done this vortex open the links in chrome. so i think opera got an update and had change some settings but i don't found any options for something like this.
