How to stop Vortex from running as admin?

I just downloaded Vortex and I can't open it because I keep getting an error telling me not to run it as an admin. The "always run as administrator" box is NOT checked, so I have no idea why it is doing this.

As 1ae0bfb8 says, if you've turned off the User Account Control security setting, all apps run as admin. It's not a good idea and leaves your PC open to malicious programs attacking your system without any kind of barrier.
