CTD's in Bunker Hill area.

I'm having a serious issue where anytime I walk close to the area around Bunker Hill or fast travel to it directly the game CTDs almost immediately, and I'm at a loss as to what it could be. I've tried using FO4Edit and disabling certain mods, but nothing seems to work.

If anyone could help with this I'd greatly appreciate it.

I had this problem around goodneighbor... in the end, I had to start a new game, as nothing I did fixed it. On the new game, I ran the exact same load order, with zero issues.....

I'd rather not have do to do that seeing as I have many hours on this save, but I'll consider it as a last resort option.

Might try simply staying out of that area for whatever your respawn timer is set to..... Might just be a bad spawn.
