This one in particular looks like a great mod but i can't get it to work. Im having some trouble with OBSE. Every time i load the game up, i get a message pop up on screen saying 'You are either not running OBSE or have the wrong version.' So i quickly downloaded the latest version of OBSE (version 16) and tried to download it. i follow the instructions in the OBSE readme which includes transfering some files then clicking on the loader. When i click on the loader i get a pop up message saying "You are using the 1.2.0.201 version of Oblivion installed by Shivering Isles, please upgrade to 1.2.0.416". I'm not a modding whizz and im not sure what this means. Could someone please explain what this means and what i can do to solve this problem? Thanks very much! Thanks very much!The message is clear, you don't have the game patched to the mentioned version. 1.2.0.201 is the version that comes with the expansion media. You need to download the Shivering Isles patch (1.2.0.416 was the last one) and "only it". Beware you shall not install the Oblivion's same version patch and, indeed, no other too, the patch for SI will patch both, the game and expansion together. This patch can be download from Bethesda site or here, on the Nexus -> the third file 'there' (assuming you have the US English version) PS: It's advised you download the "unofficial patches too" and in this case they are two. The Unofficial Oblivion patch shall be installed after the official SI, and afterward the unofficial Shivering patch shall be applied. They aren't mandatory but will solve several issues the official ones did not (actually there is one for every DLC, like the Knights of the Nine, etc... you could install if and only if you have the correspondent DLC).
