Yogogamer Posted October 31, 2013 Author Share Posted October 31, 2013 Mini Update: New Enemy Type Added-Stalker-Stalkers are children who have had their brain surgically removed and placed in a robotic skeleton, Created for the sole purpose of keeping trespassers out of New Orleans, But their duties do not end there..They also patrol the main city looking for trespassers. Their name tells their purposethey actively hunt the player and are deadly if caught, The best way to survive them is to avoid them entirely,They can also be heard still displaying human like qualities in an eerie manner, such as breathing sounds..screaming of the once human form..In apperance they are tall, Black, Figures with a turret head for better detection, They are also equipped with claws. Yogogamer Posted November 2, 2013 Author Share Posted November 2, 2013 Story Update- The Factions-So, In this mod there will be two factions at war, And a few minor factionsThe Justum rebels and The Federation The Federation- A group of self-proclaimed government officials, They were originally descendants of the NCR but eventually defected to form their own group, They rose to power in New Orleans by fear, and an illusion of safety, Some accepted their rule, Others chose to rebel, The reason for the rebellion is due to their methods of law and order,Even petty crimes punishable by death, And the poor are considered parasites and are killed, They own a small army in which they use to keep New Orleans in order in the case of a large scale attack, They also have a pseudo police force to enforce their laws, But they do provide for those who can afford it, And they are willing to decimate those who can't. The Justum Rebels- Opposing these cruel ways are the Justum rebels, Who are mostly poor folks who banded together to survive, They take shelter in underground tunnels to avoid the federation, Despite being for equal rights, They are not pacifists and are willing to wage war, Since not all the rich in New Orleans are willing to turn a blind eye to the poor, They have a network of spies who send them information,Since they cannot purchase weapons they have an armory of makeshift weapons, Good enough to stand up to Conventional weapons,They have brutal ways of killing those who oppose them and they are as ruthless as the Legion, Making them no better than The Federation,____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Minor Factions: New Orleans Rangers- A group of former NCR rangers, They left California after the NCR began focusing on the Mojave, They help The Federation from time to time, Their main purpose is defending civilians from Mutant attacks, Similar to the Capital Wasteland's Brotherhood, Federation Police- As mentioned above, They are Officers who patrol the streets an deal with the public, They also share the same ruthlessness, They also search for spies and give the public a false feeling of saftey, They are well equipped and do not often make arrests, Usually killing the suspect. Small suggestion, would be a nice idea to make unique armor for the federation that represents power and fear, kinda like the enclave armor, and maybe a "scrap" kind of armor for the rebels.Defiantly, For the Federation, We have a mix of Enclave and NCR type look, And for the rebels, They do have scrappy and makeshift armor, Unfortunately the mod is having problems with making all NCR in the Mojave naked, Might delay the release a bit.
