No music plays ever

ok so for once i don't have a mod issue XD

BUT i do have an issue where my music ONLY does not play... EVER

i start up FONV, NO music, i start a game, No music...

frankly i'm stumped

i double checked my speaker settings and everything seems ok cause i don't have this issue with any other game... but regardless, my sound in and of itself is fine... the effects and what not play like normal...just not the music D:

Have you checked your ini. file to see if it has sound disabled?
