FalloutIII2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Share Posted October 19, 2013 Why is it I have to babysit my PC when downloading a file that takes longer than maybe 5-10 min (depending on server traffic). I thought maybe it was my power/sleep setting on my monitor but all those were turned off. Do I have a key logger virus? I've tried switching mice/track ball devices. I can't see how it would be my keyboard? I've noticed that as long as I'm flipping between webpages, typing data or whatever, the mods will continue to download. If I stay on a program, lets say for example a word document I am typing while the mod is downloading in the background...err...download times out. Even if I just left the Nexus Mod webpage on my screen with no activity...err...download times out. This is very annoying especially downloading bigger files which take a while to download having to start all over again. Man I hope my download didn't time out while typing out this message.
