I have a completely clean install, haven't even installed the Script Extender (Though the issue doesn't change even if I do, I've already tested it about a month ago before I gave up) I installed DEF_UI, and decided to try making my own HUD, nothing major, just pushing things out of the way a bit. I followed instructions, chose Use Existing HUD instead of Vanilla, ran the setup in the right place and made sure the file went to the right folder, and launched the game. The custom HUD works and everything, but the second I try and open the Pip-Boy my game crashes to desktop. I've looked in other places and nothing has helped, it's always been the fault of some other mod, but as I said before, DEF_UI is the only mod installed at the moment. DEF_UI is an essential mod and I can't just play without it, so I'm at a loss for what to do. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
HeyYou Posted July 30, 2022 Share Posted July 30, 2022 Did you just modify the hud for when you are wandering around the world? If so, see if you can find a pipboy "hud" in your game folder, and rename/delete it, see if it works now. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
