HadToRegister
I'm not even sure where to post this on the Nexus, so I'll try here. It's really frustrating to read a mod thread on a mod page that mentions other AWESOME Mods, but referring to them as an Acronym rater than the actual name of the mod. Some of these mods sound REALLY good, but when they're referred to as GELO, or OBIS etc, it makes it difficult, if not IMPOSSIBLE to go find said mod and check it out.(Made one or two of those up, I think) Perhaps a stickied thread where people could post the Acronym, along with the ACTUAL Mod Name, and have the Top Post get Updated? Pretty Please? Or does this already exist and I don't know about it? bben46
Great idea. I have uploaded several lists over time, but they are not by any means all encompassing or easily upgradable - A stickie, while it looks like a good idea, we have learned that many users will post a question before making any effort to actually try to find that info. And a quick link to that stickie - instead of a post saying that SKSE means Skyrim Script Extender - and here is what it does and here is how you get it - may be workable. Which forum would you post that stickie above? Here is a link to one of my older ones - please feel free to copy, steal, spindle fold or mutilate - or otherwise use - or not use - any part of it as you see fit. http://s1.zetaboards.com/bbenlibrary/topic/3396037/1/#new
HadToRegister
A sticky in the sense that it won't get buried under pages and pages of forum posts, not so much as a preemptive question eliminator  And yes Ben, your post is EXACTLY what I'm hoping for, albeit with mostly Mod abbreviations as they come into use.I can't count how many times I've been reading a mod thread and someone will ask "Is this compatible with AAVFGA?"" then they go on to talk about how great AAVFGA is, and it makes me want to try AAVFGA, but I have no clue what it is
