Failed to update masterlist

Hello guys i am having some problem with vortex right now. it just appeared yesterday and i reinstalled the vortex and skyrim se and gave firewall perm. Still getting this errors.

Clicking "More" will tell you why this is happening. It's likely a network or permissions issue on your end.

I got the same problem as well. Deleted Skyrim and Vortex and run a clean install but problem still continues.
