How can i apologize and unban my account?

I understand now all my mistakes and i must apologize about what i did.
Please, do not ban me again - i want to mend and be good man again.

I was banned 3 times i guess, because of IP adress, but it's not fair - to apologiz i must get new account to do this, but i get banned at them too, so how i must do this? :\
