Two Issues: Lost Custom Item in a Cell + Reversing Edit to a Perk

Prob 1:

We made a custom note and placed it in a cell, and now can't find it in game or in the Cell Window.

We had placed it carefully above a surface, but now it seems to be gone.

We made a duplicate note and placed this one on the floor of the cell, and it shows in the CK and in game.

How do we clean up or find the lost one?

Prob 2:

We edited an existing Perk, and now don't really need it, and it would be cleaner for the game to remove our edit.

We're thinking we can remove it in SSEdit in the Right-Side Window.

Thanks for any Tips!

Find and go to your cell > Type on the upper blanc left side of the 'cell view' window the object's ID > then double click it and it'll take you automatically to the item, if you don't see sfter this the item in the render window and instead you see another object, is because the object is inside or under the object you are seeing.

There's another easy way to find any item like that.

In the object window, find your object ID, right click it and choose 'Use Info'. A box will open with the cell it's in. Double click that reference and it will open the cell in the render window pointing at the object which will be selected.

That's very useful if, like me, you have a memory like a sieve and you put several similar items into several cells in the game and you can't remember which ones you added them to!

The rest is as Maxarturo stated.

In game, I've seen items like that disappear for some reason. If they get disturbed, or havok settle, they can sometimes fall through solid floors, a bit like some NPC bodies can't be looted after you launch them with a destruction spell.... poof! they get blasted through a solid cave wall into the void.

When I place items that are really important, I add the 'DefaultDisableHavokOnLoad' script onto them and set the top 3 properties to 'False'. That stops them pinging around when the cell loads.
