Mannimarco is not nice. Why would I worship him? Nothing is sacred to him. I imagine he worships nothing. I killed Manimarco once. I will probably kill him again.

I might add that necromancers are truely terrible decorators. Would you want to live in a dark cave full of body parts? These people just have no sense of aesthetics.

I don't know why Bethesda made him so weak in Oblivion. He is described to have the power of a god in elder scrolls lore.

The Mannimarco in Oblivion May not be the true Mannimarco. He may be just a necromancer claiming to be him.

my character made Mannimarco Powerful heh eh ;D

My character worships his divine form as stated below.

Mannimarco made his first appearance in "Daggerfall" as one of the political behemoths the player could align him/herself with. When given the Mantella he ascends to godhood. This suggests that he was far more powerful in the Iliac Bay politically and magically was more powerful before and during the events of the game. Due to Daggerfall's multiple endings and the subsequent retcon (The Warp in the West) however, it is unknown if the Mannimarco you face in Oblivion is the "True" Mannimarco, another Mannimarco created by the Dragon Break that didn't receive the Mantella, a possessed vessel, or just a necromancer who took the name for effect. It is revealed in the correspondence of a Worm Anchorite that the Necromancer's Moon is the God of Worms- a heavenly body that eclipses Arkay and allows soul gems to ensnare those usually protected by the Divine. This moon is the remnant of Mannimarco's apotheosis, and his divine form.

my character worships the God of Worms.

I guess I don't understand the 'worship' threads: do people actually pay attention to such things? Walk their characters around to the shrines and recite prayers or some such? If so, I think it crosses the line between an immersive game experience and psychiatric disorder.

If my character had a religious impulse, he'd do well to worship ME, since I control his destiny and world.

My character follows someone/thing in the game. I think it would not make sense for a character to not follow anybody that is in the lore of the game. It is a role-playing thing. It depends if you play a role play character. I also have a character that I just have fun with not caring on what he wears or what he does or who he follows.

I don't go around on the street saying do you follow Mannimarco?
