Bug or glitch, radio only plays DJ and yellow dot for both dialogue and notification

I'm not sure if this is my laptop's screen problem or the mods conflicting.

Both notification and dialogue turned into a yellow dot/Small Square, If i stay in Create a Character for too long my game will crash and radio only plays DJ and not music

i've fixed the problem of yellow dot and no crash during Character Creation

 

my only problem now is the DJ only and no music

i applied some mods that was recommended in 'Viva New Vegas" and somehow my game is normal now
and also radio is working now
