You didn't read the VNV guide carefully enough, in particular the 'mods to avoid section'.

 

Use NV Tick Fix instead of NV Stutter Remover

Did you install the 4GB patch (not needed if using the GOG version of the game)?

Do not use Zan Autopurge (refer VNV Guide or the posts tab on the mod's page as to why) and use the ini tweaks specified in the VNV guide instead

Why are you using Simple Interior Lighting Overhaul and Interior Lighting Overhaul?

Sort your plugins using LOOT and use your mod manager to export your load order to post here and please, use spoiler tags

i skipped to the modding part immediately,

can't expect me to read a long list of stuff when i got stuff to do. That one was on me.
And yes i did saw you mention "mods to avoid section" but i didn't read "introduction"

Yes i installed it, i'll double check it later

I have a feeling that zan might messed things up because i never use it before

i'm not sure why, probably due to "requirement"

how do i put a spoiler?, definitely not || ||

i'm currently un/installing right now, will update how things work later
and it's been a year since i use a fully modded NV, so expect the worse.

Edit: i read everything in VNV several times to be sure and delete mods such as interior overhaul 6-9, zan and others.
And i'm able to complete Sunny's quest. Could say that's a good sign?
