Fallout New Vegas , Unrecognized game version after latest vortex update

I'm getting kinda weird error about my game version , it says 0.0.0.0 , this happened after latest update. My game is from steam and legit bought, never had this error before. This is causing mostly of the mods not to install correctly due to the version. Any help would be nice , thanks in advance.

If you've ever used Tale of Two Wastelands that seems to mess with the EXE preventing Vortex from identifying it.

I'm reinstalling FNV and will try to re-install vortex again. Will keep updated. Thanks for the answer.
