Download Page Hangs

Hi,

 

I'm trying to download mods for Morrowind. This one for starters...

After I hit the button to download for Slow/FREE, it gives a 5 sec countdown and then it just hangs. It says my download has started, but my download has not started. It says to click the button to manually download if there are problems, but the button does not work.

 

I am abroad in Cambodia.

 

I am not using a VPN.

 

I tried both Firefox and Chrome, WITHOUT any adblockers.

 

I can tell you my ISP name but I think it won't mean anything to you due to my location.

Hello. I did already give you all of the info you require based upon that exact article. That's why I posted exactly how I posted. So what do you mean??? Did you read my post?

 

The only thing I didn't give you is the speed test - which is irrelevant but I'll give it to you anyway below... And I obviously can't give you the file links because the links don't work -- as I already explained.

 

Amsterdam: ~6.0Mbps

 

Prague: ~6.0 Mbps

 

LA: ~6.0 Mbps

 

etc...

 

If you're trying to get me to sign up for premium, ok fine... maybe I will. But I can't do that if you're services don't work at all.

So far nothing works as expected, I haven't been able to do a single download, so why would I pay?

Premium member, also had same issue with manual downloads taking a while to process the request (lagging) about 4 hours ago. (Current time, 8:30 est).

Comcast :down:

Average Download speed 3.9 to 4.5 MB/s CDN.

All other servers give me an access denied error from the test page.

If you download isn't even starting, that's most likely caused by browser addons or privacy settings: https://help.nexusmods.com/article/113-troubleshooting-website-issues

 

Your test results don't show any connection problem so it's more likely that.
