error with vortex mod launcher

i am getting an error on my mod manager saying "vortex was not able to run the installer in a secure sandbox, this could be a misconfiguration in your setup or a bug in windows." it was with frost cell fixes mod for falllout 4. is my windows not secure or did i do something wrong? im a lil scared.
