skyrim won't launch

Hi all. I don't have any mods , first i hear sounds on grey screen. Then game closes.

 

Pls help.

Did you "verify game cache" in your Steam library? That's the first thing you should do.

 

When exactly does the crash occur? When loading a save game or before you reach the first menu screen? If it's only when loading a save game, your save might be damaged/corrupted. In this case, try a new game or a previous save.

Yes I verify the game cache but it doesn't work

I can't see anything just a grey screen and after a few seconds game just close. i think game closing before the main menu

Hmm... that's strange.

 

Are your drivers, especially for your GPU, up to date? And were you able to run Skyrim before? What about other games? Do they run? Maybe it's a hardware issue...

Yes, my drivers up to date. My GPU is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4850 I know it's not powerful but with this setup I can run Skyrim before.

 

Other games are running well if they are support DirectX 10.1 or lower. Maybe DirectX causes this problem, but if DirectX causes this problem, I should be can't open the game.

Maybe Windows Anti Ransomware Protection prevents the game exe from writing the ini files to your "...documents..." folder and therefore the game won't launch. Just a wild guess, but worth a check.

Have you performed a file integrity check (via steam if I remember correctly)?

Where is the game installed? Is it in programs?

First I turn off the Anti Ransomware Protection, but not work for me

 

 

Then I performed file integrity via steam, but this one is not working too

 

 

The game is installed on my E/: hard disk. Basically no, it is not in programs.
