How does one create a collection of Mods with...

I use profiles to manage my collection of mods. Once stable and I'm ready to try the next big evolution, I clone it and then start the process again. For example, for the first step, I'll install foundational mods (script extenders, must have "unofficial" patches, and other necessary utilities). Clone profile. Now lets upgrade graphics. Clone. Then QOL mods. Clone. Weapons and Armor. Clone. Etc etc.

I love the fact that each profile has access to the entire list of mods. Otherwise, we would have to download them all over again. However, sometimes we can break it ALL with one unlucky mod that is part of the next evolution before we get it stable. Then comes the PAINFUL process of disabling mods to try to get it stable before we complete that evolution.

I need a way to create one click collection lists for mod types. Here is an example from the StoryWealth collection for Fallout 4 which is available on Nexus Mods. How do I create my *own* one click lists like this? I've tried to google it but all the results come up with "you can use profiles" which is great but not at all the information that I am seeking.
