Argomirr Posted February 21, 2010 Share Posted February 21, 2010 We could enable the whole thing while the player is in another cell, but if the payer enters a house and steps out five seconds later there'll be a whole market set up. :P We could use a timer, but that's still not ideal. Just a few things: A doormaker in the 2nd part is placed at the wrong side of the door.There's a hallway without an end piece in the 2nd part. Needs an end piece, otherwise the player can see the black emptiness that is the cell. :PThe KillBoxes in the 2nd part could be swapped for one or two big ones (simply change the scale) to remove the gaps in between them.The pit in the 3rd part needs another KillBox as well. The player only dies if he falls down the left side right now.(We may need to change the Ogres for leveled ones, otherwise a level one player has no chance of surviving. Who's going to do the armors.?3.) We are picking up progress but how will we ever get this finished to what it's made out to be?4.) Alot of members are inactive... over 70%5.) I'm not sure It's going to be as amazing as made out to be.6.) How much more is there still to do?7.) Are we organized? I'm not meaning to sound all pushes and not trying to be annoying. But how are we going to get this done to what we claimed it would be? we claim this will be a legendary mod with loads of unique stuff but I have not the least clue how we are going to manage it with the members we currently have... It's also my guess that that's why Kieran Foy left, He doesn't want to face the let down when EG turns out to be less than expected. After all it's been in production for around a years time I believe Conclusions: 1.) Make a sheet of things finished and things still to do2.) Others need a bigger understanding... for example all I know about it is you get to become emperor or bring martin back... I don't even know quarter of the things3.) I don't want to be the only one everyone turns to when it comes to armors and architecture and so on, We need more loyal members and TALENTED ONES! We may even need People who are capable ofModelling, Texturing, AI and NPC creation, CS Skills We Need! alot more than what we have at the moment if we are going to make this as good as we say! This is in no shape or form a rant, In fact I'm sure most of you will agree with what I'm talking about. We can't run this on false hope if we are going to get this done properly were going to have to advertise it to some other talented modders and get some more help here. On the file page it tells you what will come in the initial release, and what will be added as plugins later. I am. Alot. Pronam is still very much in the process of finishing the quests. Bare in mind he is a busy modder, and as such, does not have as much time. He will resume work shortly, but is currently away on holiday. We have a topic for that at scrollworks. Link I think I made a detailed thread about it at scrollworks. If I didn't I'll do so. I do believe that Ampolx can model and texture. Argomirr is capable of AI. I expect Pronam to be also.
