Oh nice, this is good that you added this dismiss feature in...thank you. It's also good now to see how modders are making their companions more aware of their surroundings, can comment on what's going on and comment on quests that are active, stuff that really makes for a more immersive experience. And if I get a laugh out of it along the way the better, so I'm looking forward to see what you do with Sofia getting drunk, your test video looked very good, very well done, can't wait to here what she has to say  The modder of Issgard is willing to provide support for companion mods, not sure what that would entail but I'd imagine just adding in comments about specific locations and idle chat about quests. Just throwing that out there incase your interested in the future. Again thanks for what your doing to make TES a better game.

Update: Sofia can now lead the way and take you to various locations so essentially you become the follower. She will randomly select a location based on the type of locations you want her to visit. I have also added in the ability to tell her to avoid combat where she will stay out of the way and enemies will ignore her but obviously expect a lot more combat commands to be implemented. Also I added in a tracking arrow for her so she can be set to appear on the map like a quest objective which comes in more handy when you are following her. I have also written some amusing dialogue lines for when she is drunk so it will be interesting to see how they come out.

Thanks. She doesn't yet interact with other NPC's but she will do eventually. I have now received the recorded lines for comments to do with the player skills so I will probably post a video of that soon once I've added them in.

JUst release the damn thing, it's too good!

As the saying goes, "good things come to those who wait" haha. Anyway I don't think you want a bug riddled mess full of loads of debug messages and missing dialogue. And yes I do know it was a joke

In the mean time I can tease you with this video. If you want to skip the new dialogue then skip to 3.46 in the video where you can see a demo of most of the features so far.

They should hire you for their next proper game (i.e. not ESO). This is better than any of the followers bethesda ever came up with. I am a little concerned at some of the AI features though. There is UFO mod which adds all this functionality to all followers. Isn't it a bit redundant to program all that tech just for this one if it's already been done and most people probably use it (and it can cause possible interference)? If you really like to program behaviour, why not, say, program behaviour patterns for her (e.g. stay at range, tank, heal/support me commands and corresponding behaviour and equipment preferences). That sounds more compatible with a single-follower AI modifications, and it's not something that's been done yet.

It may look like the same behaviour as UFO at first glance but a lot of it is going to be tailored to suit Sofia. Don't forget about the MCM menu support plus some other planned stuff, such as me adding the ability to call out complex commands to her without actually talking to her which will be most useful when you want her to fall back during a battle, which would all require a rewrite anyway. Also Sofia has her own follower system independent from Skyrim followers allowing me greater flexibility, and because it is separate it is unlikely to cause any conflicts and will allow Sofia to have her own unique behaviour. Nobody complains about Vilja or Cerwiden having these features and not everyone uses follower behaviour mods so I can't see what the harm is. Anyway all I'm saying is don't judge too soon, these functions will be a lot more complex when finished.
