Failed to Load Master-/userlist (Skyrim SE) (Vortex 1.6.8)

I'm using vortex 1.6.8 and I am using windows 10, x64 and i have 16gb of RAM. i have 99 mods (with no issues prior to downloading new ones) however when turning off/on or installing new ones i get the same error constantly which is "Failed to load master-/userlist" a screenshot was added with the details section resulting with this

if someone could provide some hint of a fix or help that would be much appreciated

Restarting Vortex should fix this. Vortex tries to download the LOOT masterlist for Skyrim SE on startup, Seems like it hasn't been able to.

I have been dealing with this for a long time. Resurrecting to see if there is a known fix

Restarting does nothing.

You should probably start a new thread, since Vortex is now on v. 1.12.x.  Or, search the support thread for "failed to load masterlist", "failed to load userlist", etc.  Often, it seems to be a connection problem via the internet.
