New Vegas Continuous Crashing After Hardcore Mode Prompt

My game has continuous crashing right after I exit the hardcore prompt in doc mitchell's house. For some reason, the screen kind of fades dark and everything freezes, though I can hear sounds perfectly fine. It also seems like the lighting inside and out dims, like the textures bug. I will list my load order and I am using MO2. I have tried this in NMM as well, I have tried reinstalling New Vegas and the ini files to get a clean slate as well as redownload most of the important mods (JIP, 4GB Patcher, etc). I never had this problem before until I installed around 11 mods last night, one being the 4GB patcher but I have also uninstalled it and tried the game without it. Still the same.

The door was dark and lighting looked normal with the mods I have, but as the crash happens the door turns kind of lighter?

Everything dims?

The mods I remember I downloaded last night were ILO/interior lighting, realistic wasteland lighting, LVL99PEL, bottle that water, m14, L96, SR556, ILO PipBoy Light, Inventory Search, populated casino, Boosted skills, bountiful harvest as well as the 4GB patcher and bug fixes. Yes, I have tried removing all of them (I think, maybe not LVL99 but I don't see why that would be an issue).
