  • 2 months later...

Well here is mine, even though its well over do, and a old thread.

For some reason windows seven doesn't read my ssd drive, i guess it has to be a primary drive to get the really high score.

Might as well join in :).

These are from a cheap ($585) laptop and ..

my main pc...It only has a new hardisk, the rest is about..2-3 years old stuff.

Its obvious where they lack in, but upgrading them would cost more than getting a total new rig...

and some things can't really be upgraded...(not beneficial)

AlmostWhatIWant is right about gaming. The laptop can play high-def movies better, but lacks in gaming... (can't run fallout3)

Thanks for reviving this thread, I did not notice it before. Interesting utility. I'll have to check it out but I'll need to compare it to other systems to get a good feel as to what these numbers are telling.

Here is a Dell Latitude D630 Laptop we have at work running Win7. The weak link is the video card. RAM is 2GB, CPU is Intel Core Duo 2, 2.0 GHz

Here is the modified Dell Dimension 4600 that I have to work with (yippie)

Pentium 4, 2.8 GHz, 1GB RAM, ATI Radeon X850
