I just realized there's some manual install only mods on Nexus. In the upper right corner there's only an option for download. The confusing part is that when I go to the files section of the mod there's an option to download it with NMM. This is really troubling because I have dozens of mods where a couple probably aren't working due to me not installing them properly because I was able to download them with NMM instead of doing it manually. I don't suppose there's an easy way to find out which aren't working (?) In the plugins tab everything is sorted by load order while the other tab is sorted alphabetically. I guess I'll have to go through each one manually.

When you are in the mods tab of NMM, you can sort by install date. NMM retains your sorting when you change from categorized to uncategorized views. Just left click on the header for install date to sort or resort (first installed or last installed) your mods. When you are done looking at them you can resort by mod name if you like.

Nexus made a fairly recent change (few months ago) that mods which have multiple main files, will have the Download with NMM button on the main mod page disabled so that the user must look at and decide which files to download. The Download with NMM button would only download the first file in the main files category. This caused issues with mods that were designed in multiple parts. So as long as the individual file say it can be downloaded with NMM then you should be good.
