downloaded mods not working CP2077

currently im using vortex installer due to manual download of mods bricking my game but ive downloaded mods and they all downloaded fine but none of them appear ingame i have no idea whats wrong or how to fix anything i need assistance

Note that REDmod content isn't currently supported in Vortex.
