Cyberpunk 2077 now showing up on Unmanaged section

Hello, please note that I'm a complete newbie..

I just installed Vortex but Cyberpunk 2077 (bought and installed on GOG) is not showing up on my Unmanaged games. Until today, I couldn't find a way, tutorial, article to find a way to make it appear on this Unmanaged games section to set things up.

Could you please help me? Thanks in advance!

Go to Extensions in the left nav and see if it's been disabled somehow. You may have also hidden the game by accident. (Show hidden games at the top of the games section)

Hello Pickysaurus, thanks for the quick response.

I checked Extensions and I have a total of 84 games which are Enabled, but Cyperbunk does not appear, even Disabled.

In Games, I double checked the Show/Hidden feature but still, it doesn't appear.

Even while searching the game in the search bar, it doesn't show up.

Go to %appdata%/Vortex/plugins and see if there's a Cyberpunk folder. (It will likely have a long name)

 

If it's there, delete it and restart Vortex.

 

The game would only not appear for these 3 reasons:

1. You have (accidentally) disabled the game extension.
2. The game extension failed to load.
3. You have (accidentally) hidden the game from the list.

For 1 and 2 it'll be in the extensions tab but not enabled. For #3 it'll be visible in the games section after unhiding.

 

Download the extension again from here after deleting it https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/196

Okay it worked! Actually, I failed to understand that I had to download the "Cyberpunk Vortex Support" and that I had to add this file to the plugins file... Thank you Pickysaurus!
