The God Father of the FPS genre.<br>Although ageing now, this game still beats alot of newer FPS soldier sim games with its realistic AI that will use proper tactics against you ranging from seeking cover if under fire, to more advanced manouveres such as attempting to outflank your squad or use of heavy weapons to supress you!<br>You play one of four characters during a fictional battle taking place on the Malden Islands in the early 1980's. You start off as Pvt Armstrong, a foot soldier in the infantry but it is not long before you end up playing as a tank commander, helicopter pilot and special forces soldier.<br>This game, with its massive levels, ability to drive/fly every tank/car/truck/plane/helo/boat etc. you come across, mixed with some pretty solid missions and the oppurtunity to work in a squad or solo, make this one of the most exciting additions to the FPS family.
