mods not working due to being managed by vortex.....

Well.

Managed by Vortex has nothing to do with your problem.

Slavetats work just fine when installed by Vortex. I know - I must use 20 packages.

 

Maybe start by telling us how you are installing your mods.

Ideally identify one tat package you feel is not installing correctly, and what you see in game.

so i found that slavetats does work just takes a bit b4 its applied but i can nolonger use other (body paint) tatoos with them... was just reading the console log that said errors

now im having other issues where non vanilla armor/clothing changes body from custom cbbe ( bodyslide made) to what looks like UMP... i really wish NMM was still around.

its also saying my random attack mode is for oblivion i been using it for over 6 years and its 100% for skyrim.... i have to uninstall and re install it after all else is done as installing a mod breaks it lol

just for the record... i built a new pc few days ago just to jun skyrim without cpu/ram limitations... i should have kept NMM tbh

if anyone can maybe give me advice on how to fix these much appreciated.. also if u need more info plz ask me specifically what ifo u need as im not the smartest cookie

oh wow thanks i will dl it for just incase i rage quit trying to work with vortex

would u happen to know why or how to fix... (goma minibikini set) mini bikini changing body from cbbe to ump? its about the only issue i got left atm b4 i can continue breaking the game and fixing it lol

!) Never use NMM and Vortex on the same game. They are not compatible.

 

2) It is usually safe to add mods mid-game. If you remove mods, start from a save before that mod was ever loaded. Bits of scripts bake themselves into saves, and will cause a world of hurt.

 

3) Save for switching between CBBE and UNP. If you want to switch, it is best to start a new game. A lot of mods depend on knowing which you are using.

 

4) Goma minibikini specifically has different downloads for CBBE and UUNP SE. Use the correct one. If you still have problems, raise them on the mod page.

this is a new game im outside the cave after helgen where i saved installed mods and started charactor customisation.. this where it has always been safe to start installing mods as beginning cutsceen tends to break when modded without alt start mods.

i dont use SE i use LE some of my mods r notlonger available and were never made for SE
