Can't install mod collections

Hi! This is my first time downloading and installing mod collections. I downloaded the game from Steam. I manage the game in Vortex, but everytime I try to download a mod collection it says "downloading" or "download pending", but it never starts to download. I can only either "cancel" or "skip". Am I doing something wrong? And for some reason I can only add mod collections from Chrome, Firefox does nothing when I click on download link.

Are you clicking the download button on the pop-ups? The one just above the "cancel" and "skip" buttons.

Yes. The Nexus mod page opens, i click on download but it doesn't start downloading in Vortex.

 

I actually figured it out. There's a problem with Firefox. I'm using latest version and it doesn't work. I tried with Chrome and it works just fine. Managed to download three mod collections. Maybe someone can try and see if this is a bug or just me.

I've seen them mention that Firefox handles the assignment of default actions based on link/file types in a weird way.
